Frequent Numbness of The Hands And Feet Can Also Be Dangerous,

It is normal to feel numb hands and feet. In this case, the hearing part does not feel anything, and the needles feel sticky. Most hand numbness is caused by pressure on tissues or blood vessels.

This can be caused by sitting in the wrong position, such as sitting on the floor, or by putting pressure on the nerves. Sometimes it is caused by a disease such as diabetes.

What Is Numbness?

Tingling or tingling in the hands or feet and tingling needles are felt when the body loses consciousness. This is because of the pressure on the blood vessels. When the blood supply to the nerves is cut off, the nerves stop working, and the organs around them become numb, and when the doctor pinches this part, you don’t feel so much sting.

Who is affected?

Pressure usually causes a part of the body to become numb, such as wearing tight shoes or sitting with pressure on the feet. People who have back pain, or who have diabetes, or who use a vibrating tool, often complain of this discomfort.

Causes of hearing loss of hands and feet:

Wearing tight shoes and sitting with pressure on the feet makes the feet numb. This happens temporarily, when the pressure is low, they heal on their own and do not cause problems.

Neurosis pressure:

Pain in the spinal cord puts pressure on the nerves leading from the back to the legs. In the same way, the nerves in the neck, when they cannot reach the hands, cause numbness of the hands and fingers. Similarly, the grip of the hand is reduced due to the pressure in the wrist nerves.

Sugar damages small and tiny blood vessels. It also causes numbness of the hands and feet. In such cases, lack of hand or foot capacity can be dangerous, so you may fall.

Injuries to the hands or toes can also damage the nerves. In addition, people who use tools all the time that have vibration damage their nerves.

Some medications also damage the nerves, and this discomfort goes away after the medication is stopped. Chemotherapy for breast cancer and medications for HIV AID can also cause numbness in the hands and feet.

Diseases that damage the nerves:

Many diseases damage the nerves and numb the body. Stroke and brain tumours are notable among these diseases. These diseases are not so common, and there are other symptoms besides their numbness.

Alcohol use also harms nerves.

Vitamin Deficiency:

Older people, people who eat only vegetables, and people who suffer from anemia, are deficient in vitamin B. Vitamin B2 deficiency can lead to anemia and neurological damage.

What to do in case of numbness,
  • Lighten tight clothing and shoes.
  • If the sitting foot or leg is numb, stand up straight, and move the leg, so that the blood circulation is correct.
  • Avoid lifting heavy weights to avoid back and neck pain.
  • Avoid moving the body in the same way.
  • Take a break from work.
  • Don’t sit in the wrong way.
  • If you have diabetes, control it with medication and diet, and get regular check-ups.
  • Eat a proper diet, and get tested for vitamin B6 deficiency so that they know that you do not need a vitamin B2 supplement.
  • If the numbness persists for a long time, consult a doctor.
